Tuition and Registration InformationRegistration is on a first-received, first-enrolled basis until the maximum class size is reached. Each registration must include emergency contact information, even if it was previously submitted. Only registered students may attend classes. A minimum of 6 students is needed for classes to begin. Registration Fee is $35

Multiple/Sibling Enrollment$25 off tuition for each child after the second enrolled child Refer a friend or family member who registers receive $25 off Tuition

Refunds/CancellationsAll tuition, tickets, and any fees associated with classes, productions, and/or programs are NON-REFUNDABLE, a credit will be administered for future use. Should a class be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, any tuition paid will be fully credited to students account for future use. Credits will be assessed if a class must be cancelled due to natural disasters, such as weather events or epidemics.

Forms of Payment AcceptedWe will accept cash or most major credit cards. Installment payments must have a current credit card on file. Checks payable Moore Vision Ent and/or Broadway Bound

Financial AssistanceWe are committed to making our programs and classes available to all interested students, regardless of financial circumstances. In fiscal year 2023, we awarded over $5000 in scholarship support to 15% of our students in our summer camps, production classes, and workshops. Thanks to generous contributions from our community, we can continue to expand our financial aid program to reach even more young people. Our Financial Assistance Program offers need-based financial aid to students. We welcomes all young people with an interest in theatre training. If you or your students, friends or family members might benefit from the Financial Assistance Program, please contact us.

Attendance & BehaviorUnless previous arrangements have been made with the instructor, all students should arrive promptly and stay for the entire length of the class. Repeated absence or lateness disrupts other students' work. Students who are repeatedly absent and/or late may be asked at the discretion of the instructor to withdraw from class. Any student displaying threatening, intimidating, violent behavior, or who brings a weapon onto or around the premises will be immediately dismissed and withdrawn from our program. We do not tolerate sexual harassment in any form. Persons of either sex may be victims or perpetrators of harassment. Sexual harassment may occur between persons of the same sex. A report of sexual harassment may result in the student being asked to withdraw from the class without a refund. MVE/BBYMT reserves the right to refuse to register, audition, and employee anyone who engages in disruptive or otherwise unacceptable behavior, including the use of alcohol or illegal drugs on or around the premises.
